Organisational Licence
An annual licence for health care organisations to offer the Together package with service users and carers. My Voice Hub helps a person living with dementia communicate their voice, care preferences and needs — to the family, carers and health professionals supporting them, with their consent.
- Together access for your service users and carers.
- An administration area so you can offer the package to your service users.
- Communication sharing options between the individual, their carers and health care professionals.
- Joined-up communication, with individuals' consent, to facilitate communication and continuity of care.
- Custom branding can be agreed.
- Dementia Hub Organisation Member: up to 55 messages a day (2 hrs usage of coaches and digital support tools) and 15 voice minutes a month.
- Includes access for up to 100 individuals, who can allocate access to carers and health care professionals.
- Usage is capped with a fair use policy.
- Fair usage is applied to the account, not to each user on the account.

One organisation, one yearly licence. We'll agree how the licence is rolled out with your service users and carers.
